The turnaround depends on the scope of the project (complexity, number of subjects, etc.) and can be discussed in detail during consultation.

I request half of my fee (non refundable) up front. If you are unhappy with your product at the end, we can have another consultation to see what can be done to achieve your satisfaction. If a mutually beneficial conclusion cannot be made, the finished product will remain in my possession and that will be the end of our transaction.
